Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note that:

• Opened products are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.
• Subscription-based items follow the same return policy and are only eligible if unopened and within 30 days of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@rnfsupps.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions, including details on where to send the item.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

• Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee of 1% may apply to cover handling and inspection.
