RNF Supplement Store Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing RNF! We aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping methods, times, costs, and other important information.
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (Within [Your Country])
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery in 1-3 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note:
- Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days, but times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
- Customs Fees: Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
3. Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at All Levels CrossFit. Simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification, and you can pick it up during All Levels CrossFit’s business hours.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Certain regions may be subject to restrictions or longer delivery times. Additionally, some of our products may be restricted in certain countries due to import regulations. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about specific restrictions on our products.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [your support email].
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather, high order volumes, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but we will work to resolve any issues promptly.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@rnfsupps.ca within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged Items: Provide photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging for our review.
- Lost Packages: We will work with the carrier to locate and resolve lost package issues. In some cases, a replacement or refund may be issued.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be responsible for packages lost or undelivered. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible to correct it before shipment.
